  No help available in states. Even the west coast stores had closed. Looked at world clock on my iPhone and saw Adelaide was awake so I searched for tropical fish and found AFP. Rob suggested I bring them in. I sure would like to have seen the expression on his face when I told him I was calling from the US. Rob was very gracious and offered advice AND followed up with an email checking on me the next day.

  At 11:30pm on the east coast of the US I noticed my aquarium had crashed and the fancy gold fish were close to dead. Got them out to bucket of fresh water but they still looked like it was too late.
